is Pizza Party Day and campers love to be here
on that day.
Through lessons,
games, and demonstrations, campers develop their riding
skills and general knowledge about horse anatomy,
nutrition, breeds, parts of the saddle and bridle,
and equestrian sports. Arts and crafts, water games
and other hands-on activities make this camp FUN!
Our program is designed
to build confidence, teach riding and horsemanship
skills, instill respect, and encourage new friendships.

After
hour childcare is available for an additional rate of
$10/hour.
Activities such as grooming, tacking, feeding,
learning the proper care of tack, and general barn management
are aimed at increasing horsemanship skills.

Daily horseback
riding is combined with outdoor play and nature exploration
to ensure a great time.
Each day, children need to wear
or bring long pants or breeches, a shoe or boot with a heel, and
a properly fitting safety helmet. Sandals or open toed shoes
are not permitted. A change of clothes is always a good idea.
Pack a swim suit and towel too!
Children also need to pack a snack
and a lunch, and bring a drink. (Snack vending machines are available
on-site.)
A $25 deposit is
required to hold your child’s place. Parents/guardians will
need to sign a liability waiver before their child can participate
in the program.
