On-Site Horse Leasing Program |

At Coggin
Creek Stables, we know that compatibility is a large
part of horse and rider development and leasing a horse is
a great way to practice riding and skill improvement on your
own schedule!
Our “half-lease”
program provides the opportunity to have a horse for four
days of the week without the obligation of ownership.
Leasors commit to one 1/2-hour
private lesson (or one 1-hour group lesson) per week to ensure
that horse and rider are working as a team. Then, for four
days per week, the horse is available for you to ride and
to have fun with. Coggin Creek continues to feed and care
for the horse. We also provide you with the grooming supplies
and tack.
Some riders will lease for a
month to see if horse ownership is right for them or they
will “try-out” one of our sale horses to see if
they are compatible before making a purchase. Other riders
prefer a long-term lease. Either way, both rider and horse
benefit from consistent riding and relationship development.

purchase.
- Horses are available for on property lease

a first-come-first-service basis.
